Cancellation policy
Plans change. A little notice helps us offer your appointment to another client.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Please call 236-268-0779 or email info@kym360hairstudio.ca at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or request a different time.
Late cancellations
Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may be recorded as a late cancellation. KYM360 may require additional confirmation before accepting a future appointment.
Missed appointments
If you cannot attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated missed appointments may affect future booking availability.
Studio changes
If KYM360 must change an appointment, we will contact you and offer the next suitable time. Emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be handled reasonably.
