We collect only the information needed to arrange your appointment and provide studio services.
Information we collect
When you request an appointment, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, requested service, preferred date and time, and any notes you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use your information to review, confirm, manage and follow up on appointments; communicate service information; and maintain basic business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Communication
By requesting an appointment, you agree that KYM360 may contact you about that booking by phone, text or email. Marketing messages require separate consent.
Photos
Client photos are never published without clear permission. Photo consent can be withdrawn for future use by contacting the studio.
Access and deletion
You may ask to review or correct your information, or request deletion where the studio is not legally required to retain it, by calling 236-268-0779 or emailing info@kym360hairstudio.ca.
