Booking terms
These simple terms help us keep appointments fair and on time for everyone.
Appointment requests
Submitting the online form requests an appointment; it does not guarantee the time. Your appointment is confirmed only after KYM360 contacts you by phone, text or email.
Pricing and consultation
Prices shown online are starting estimates. Final pricing may depend on hair length, condition, materials, complexity and service time, and will be confirmed during consultation.
Arrival
Please arrive on time and follow any preparation instructions provided by the studio. A late arrival may require a shorter service or rescheduling.
Payment
No online payment is currently required. Payment is due at the studio after your service using the payment methods accepted there.
Children
A parent or legal guardian must make or approve appointments for clients under the age of majority.
Photo consent
We ask separately before photographing or sharing client work. Booking an appointment does not automatically grant photo permission.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. See the full cancellation policy for details.
